HIGH SCHOOLERS GET HEAD START ON JOBS
Most Chinese high school students have a lot of time to think about majors and careers. However, some are starting early as summer interns.
Recently 965 high school students from Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou took part in the “Professional Intern Day” campaign organized by Junior Achievement, which offers real-world internships and training. The campaign has attracted more than 450 volunteers from different enterprises, acting as career guides for students.
