Information & Broadcasting and Railway ministries to set up new universities
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has proposed to establish India’s first communications university. The ministry, according to sources, has set an internal target of three years to get the new institution up and running. A consultation process for this proposed university will begin shortly, with the first meeting scheduled for the first week of March 2015.
