INTERNATIONALIZATION OF THE YANGTZE RIVER DELTA
On April 1st, educational experts from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai held a meeting in Qiandao Lake to discuss the internationalization of Yangtze River Delta.
Mr. Xue Mingyang, Director of Shanghai Education Committee claimed Yangtze River Delta should increase focus within the region on Sino-foreign collaboration in the area of education. Mr Liu Xiping, General of Zhejiang Education Bureau claimed the goal of developing modern education is to learn from and communicate with each other. The first Sino-foreign university – Ningbo Nottingham University is a good example.
