MORE SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS OFFERING CHINESE LANGUAGE CLASSES
An increasing number of international schools in Singapore are offering classes in Mandarin since more parents are asking for their children to be taught Chinese.
The Straits Times interviewed 20 international schools and found more than half offer the subject. At least five of the schools have made Chinese language compulsory for their preschoolers and primary students.
