New 7 year program to get bachelor’s degree in Beijing

Graduates of junior secondary school in Beijing now have an opportunity to enter vocational colleges and then pursue a bachelor’s degree from university over a seven year period. The project is a “2+3+2” model, referring to two years of high school, three years of vocational college, and two years of university.
Beijing College of Finance and Commerce, Beijing Polytechnic, and Beijing Polytechnic College are the three vocational colleges currently included in the project while participating universities include Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing University of Technology, North China University of Technology, and Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
