TAIWAN COLLEGES TO RECRUIT MAINLAND YOUTHS
Taiwan legislature adopted amendments to three laws, allowing mainland youths to go to college in Taiwan and also recognize the diplomas granted by mainland colleges (with the exception of medical schools).
