Vietnam: Education Minister praises little boy travelling 120 kilometers to study English
Minister of Education and Training Phung Xuan Nha sent a compliment letter to an 8-year-old child of Dong Son primary and secondary school in Hoanh Bo district of the northern province of Quang Ninh.
