When did you join Grok?
December 2025

Describe yourself in three words.
Curious, intentional, calm

What were you doing before working at Grok?
Leading the India and Sri Lanka business at Navitas, building scalable recruitment and partnership models.

What was your first job (in education or otherwise)?
My first job was as a library assistant while I was in college. It taught me the value of order, accuracy, and discipline.

What does international education mean for you?
For me, it is about opportunity and perspective. Early exposure to diverse cultures, people, and ideas shape your thinking well beyond the classroom.

What is one of the most satisfying professional outcomes you’ve achieved?
There have been a few over the years, but among the most rewarding have been seeing students and team-members grow into independent, confident leaders. On the client side, it was supporting a university partner as they found their footing in India. By building local capability and clearer ways of working, the team grew in confidence and execution. What stayed with me most was seeing the trust in the process and the people on the ground rather that worry about each individual intake.

What is your favorite book or movie?
Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.

What is your dream travel destination? Why?
Closer to home, I’d love to spend unhurried time in Spiti Valley.

What is your favorite food to eat with friends?
Tandoor food shared slowly over good conversation.

What is something you’ve learned from somebody inspirational?
A life without reflection risks being busy, but not meaningful.

What was your favourite subject at high school or university?
Physics and Philosophy
