CHINA SETS UP COMMITTEE TO HELP RETURNING CHINESE SCHOLARS START BUSINESSES
A committee has been funded to offer various forms of business start-up assistance to qualified Chinese scientists returning from overseas who wish to become entrepreneurs. The committee was led jointly by China’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Beijing-based Western Returned Scholars Association. The program will offer training, consultation and guidance in starting businesses, as well as in-depth cooperation and promotion for existing corporations.
