Indian students in US jumps 31% with 82% of degree-seekers in a STEM field
The number of Indian students in American universities and colleges is nearing 200,000 as latest official data released on Friday shows a jump of more than 31 per cent in one year. The number of students from India studying in the US grew from 148,360 in March 2015 to 194,438 in March 2016 according to the latest report prepared by Student and Exchange Visitor Program.
