JIPMER ties up with University of Michigan
The Jawaharlal Institute of Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has tied up with the University of Michigan School of Public Health to launch several research projects in the Union Territory. JIPMER Director Dr TS Ravikumar and Professor Martin Philbert, the dean of the US-based University signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on behalf of their institutions.
The MoU will allow for exchange of publications and reports on public health schemes, development of innovative teaching methods and course design, holding of joint symposia, workshops and conferences as well as capacity-building projects for faculties.
