Malaysia needs more flexible tertiary education institutions to face global competition
Malaysia needs more flexible institutions of higher education which are ready to take on new challenges so as not to lag behind in global competition, according to Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
