Universities to open campuses in Pingtan
Fujian Polytechnic of Information Technology (FPIT), Fujian Chuanzheng Communication College (FCCC) will establish branches in Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone (PCPZ). Along side this effort, Fujian University of Technology (FUT) will build a social practice base for undergraduates and collaborate with Pingtan to establish a research institute of ocean engineering. The signing of the cooperation framework agreement is of great significance to Pingtan’s higher education development, and will enhance the overall educational level. The planning and design of related projects will start soon.
