A historic mandate in Delhi elections
In the recently held elections in Delhi, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), led by India’s Prime Minister Mr. Modi, was handed its worst defeat ever. After a year-long struggle, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by Mr. Arvind Kejriwal will form a new government in Delhi.
The AAP promised many reforms in the Higher Education sector in its election manifesto. All eyes will be on the new Chief Minister to see how his government will keep those promises.
