SHANGHAI REACHES OUT TO IVY LEAGUE
Mo Fuchun, governor of Shanghai Minhang District, said at a meeting that his team was in discussions with Ivy League universities and was planning to attract two of them to Shanghai by 2015. According to his plan, the Ivy League schools will target Chinese high school graduates and children of foreign families.
