UGC rules for foreign varsity tie-up
The University Grants Commission has drawn up rules to facilitate collaboration between Indian and foreign institutions so they can offer joint academic programs. The UGC (Promotion and Maintenance of Standards of Academic Collaboration between Indian and Foreign Educational Institutions) Regulations 2012 have been notified in the Gazette of India.
