Which party will give India an edge-ucation?
With over 300 million students and 6.5 million teachers, India’s education system touches most families. Arranging for the education of children and youth is increasingly a big concern for families – it is seen as a path of escape from harsh circumstances. Yet, education is seldom part of the election discourse. Netas gloss over it, manifestos dismiss it in a few lines.
