Grok has an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Officer (DMO) to work on our growing digital marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the DMO will be responsible for initiating and executing multiple marketing tactics and programs for international institutions, including but not limited to social media management, website development, content creation, paid campaign promotion. The DMO must be tenacious and creative and enjoy being a part of an exciting and growing team.


Job Description:

  • Develop and implement marketing tactical plan for clients align with their objectives and strategy
  • Manage social media channels for clients, including set up accounts, create content strategy, develop content calendar, produce and upload content, monitor enquiries
  • Initiate creative organic campaigns across social media channels to increase the engagement with target audience, monitor the effectiveness of the campaign
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand the latest needs and feedback on services
  • Skillfully manage clients expectation, present proposal and demonstrate marketing tactics
  • Stay current on the market trends, keep posted on industry development, and identify the best practices for clients
  • Provide regular report on performance analytics and market insight
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives support the efficiency of work processes and the implementation of changes in the workplace
  • Identify and express prospective implementation risk and mitigations
  • Work closely with Creative and Project team on content creation and project execution
  • Liaise with PO to integrate Marketing efforts with recruitment activities in the China market
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned


The Most Important Traits to Succeed

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Chinese digital media landscape
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, content marketing and branding
  • Effective communication skill and customer service sensitivity
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Creative and innovative
  • Professional working English
  • Excellent time management skill and being able to multi-task and manage a balanced agenda
